Our products do not contain synthetic/artificial fragrances, so the smell is derived from the natural scents of the ingredients. Synthetic/Artificial fragrances can be irritating, drying, and overall harmful for skin and hair.

We recommend using 3/4 of a dropper a day for your entire scalp or trouble areas! Each dropper can contain up to 1ml and each serum bottle contains 30ml. Therefore, each bottle should last at least 30 days if used as directed.

If your package has been broken due to shipping and handling, unfortunately we are not responsible for this issue per our shipping terms which you can see here. However, if you have purchased our shipping protection it will protect you in cases of broken, stolen, and missing packages.
