Hydrating Shampoo

I have been using this for close to a year or so. I love the smell and the lather and the tingle. I also use the conditioner. Breast cancer, targeted treatment, lost about 50% of my hair. But with biotin tablets and Divi the shedding has slowed way down. I'm now sporting a bob and my hair looks healthy for the first time in a long time.

I love this shampoo. My entire life I would have to switch shampoo & conditioner brands every 2 years because my hair and scalp didn’t like it anymore. But not with Divi. I use the shampoo, the conditioner every 2 weeks, the scalp serum (would lay my life down for this one) and the 3-in-1 leave-in conditioner and for 3.5 years, my hair and scalp have never been better.

I am very unhappy with the shampoo I got, in a defective bottle with a pump that doesn't work. What's even worse, I contacted the company for instructions on how to get an exchange, and got a response from a clueless "AI assistant" who told me to return it. If this is what I'm going to have to deal with, I will never purchase from this company again. Unacceptable for a $32 bottle of shampoo.
